In line with SECBE's commitment to improve sustainable performance in the Built Environment Sector, SECBE has become the regional Champion for the Construction Resource Efficiency (CoRE) Programme. This brings together six key government agencies to assist business improvement: Envirowise, Waste Resource Action Programme (WRAP), National Industrial Symbiosis Programme (NISP), the Environment Agency, the Carbon Trust and Market Transformation Programme (MTP).
