People Strategy Group
SECBE Strategy Groups
Strategy groups exists to provide strategic leadership to SECBE's five work programmes; People, Planet, Planning, Procurement and Productivity. They comprise approx. 6-7 leading businesses and 3-4 key support agencies known to be well informed and at the leading edge. They meet at least quarterly and their Chairs sit on the main Management Board. They are tasked to:
- Clearly articulate and prioritise the sector’s business needs
- Identify actions required to address such needs
- Suggest/identify organisations (and government funds) that SECBE should engage
- Confirm real business demand for the products/services proposed by the group
